Do I need to install both Claude Code and Cowork? What needs to be downloaded?

Download Claude from claude.com/download. Claude Desktop, Cowork, and Claude Code come together in one package.

There is also a terminal-first version of Claude Code available, but our recommendation is to start with Claude Desktop.
